Erin Murphy ~ I was born and raised in Redding. After graduating from Chico State University with a degree in business, I returned to buy a house and work here because I care about our community. Redding is my home.

When I'm not helping people buy and sell here, I am enjoying all the things that make the Northstate such a wonderful place, like biking on the River Trail and Skiing at the Ski Park. I also served on the Board of Directors at the League of Women Voters, and was selected to be Editor of our newsletter, The Voter.

As a licensed real estate professional, I apply all the things I have learned about contract law and business practices. That part of my work is fun and challenging. But the best part of being on our team is helping people realize their dream of real estate ownership, and helping investors get the most for their money. It's all about people.
