Montgomery Ranch.

One of my absolute favorite neighborhoods, Montgomery Ranch is nestled in the rolling hills west of Redding on Placer. Characterized by modern large custom homes on typical 5 acre parcels, the Ranch represents a sort of pinnacle of the California Dream. Lots of space, great views, happy neighbors jogging by. Nice.
