February 24, 2006 To Whom It May Concern: About 6 months ago my husband and I decided on selling our home, as a job opportunity was too good to pass up. We didn’t really know who to use for our realtor and decided to take on that task as we got closer to the time we would need to put our house on the market. One afternoon as I was shopping at our local mall, I passed by the Coldwell Bankers kiosk and started browsing the homes that they had listed to get an idea of what our home might be worth. Well, that is when I met Skip Murphy and his sweet assistant Erin Murphy. They were so kind and not at all pushy. They graciously answered all my real estate questions without hesitation. I left that booth with a business card, fingernail file with his advertisement on it and the thought that they just might be the ones to list our home. When the time came to put our home on the market, I remembered Skip and Erin Murphy and searched for his business cars but couldn’t find it, however, I did find that silly nail file and was so glad I did! I called and made an appointment with them right away. Skip and his daughter (assistant) were so enthusiastic when they came over. They gave us such valuable advice and ideas to best sell our home. Then a few days later after we took their advise, they came over with spot lights, and camera gear taking pictures of every room in our home and even little things like our cement dog statuary and rose bushes. They were in and out so fast but with so many pictures. He then emailed us our home information online. Wow, it was incredible! You would think that we had a million dollar house for sale by the way he designed our ad. He even used our cement statuary dog as part of our ad. Our whole experience with this team was wonderful. They kept us up to date on how many hits we had online, how much homes had sold for in our area, feedback on other realtors comments and so on. We now think of them as our friends and well as our realtors. My husband and I want to say thank you for everything and would like to recommend them to anyone who would like to feel as if their home was worth a million dollars too.
